• Do you provide a custom made service?

Yes, we provide a custom made service on all our hair accessories and dress belts.
A Custom made purchase means that the detailing of a piece can be altered, or that we require a personal measurement from you to be taken to make your order. Just send us an email with your ideas, we’re always ready to help!

• Do you provide a made to measure service?

Yes, If you’re interested in a made to measure gown just send us an email and we will arrange an appointment in our studio. Our studio is based in Melbourne, Victoria.

• Why are some of your pieces limited?

Many of our pieces are limited due to the new old vintage stock we just love to use. Unfortunately these special items are hard to come across, but we think it makes the wearing of them all the more special!

• Where are you based?

We have a private studio located in Melbourne, Australia. If you would like to order a made to measure or custom made item please don’t hesitate to contact us here or send us an email at

• Can I send you a photo of my special day?

Yes of course you can, we just love to see our ladies wearing their head pieces or made to measure gowns. We will even upload your picture on our Facebook page. Don’t forget to ‘Like’ us at to see yours.

• Why does the delivery of my special piece take up to 5 working days to be mailed?

Each of our pieces are ‘made to order’, so once your payment has been processed the sewing can begin! This time also allows us to source any special items you may require for a basic customised piece. This way you know it’s been made just for you but if you do require your special piece in a hurry, don’t worry, just send us an email and we’ll work it out for you.

• How is my item packaged and mailed?

Each type of item has its own sort of packaging. All our hair pieces come in boxes and are lined with tissue paper, this not only ensures that it reaches you safely but that it has a home to go to when you’re not wearing it. We highly recommend all hair pieces be kept in their boxes. Remember they are delicate and made from the finest materials!
Our lingerie is wrapped in layers of tissue paper and tied with ribbon. If you would like to request boxed wrapping just send us an email when you place your order and wait for your final invoice before making payment.
Our dress belts are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a pretty organza bag for safe keeping. Please remember to rewrap your dress belt in the tissue paper provided after you have worn it as the delicate fabric can be easily snagged or the pile disturbed (velvet ribbons only).
All our items are sent with Australia Post and we always use registered mail. Why? Peace of mind for everyone!

• Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we definitely do. When checking out, update your address for costings to your location or send us an email.
