We provide a custom made service on all our accessories, just send us an email with your ideas, we’re always ready and willing to help!

If you would like to order made to measure lingerie, we are located in the Yarra Valley, Melbourne, Australia which you are welcome to visit, by appointment, to discuss your needs.

Why are some of your pieces limited?

Many of our pieces are limited due to the new old vintage stock that we just love to use. Unfortunately these special items are hard to come across, but we think it makes the wearing of them all the more special!

Accessory dispatch timeframe

We ask you to allow 5 working days for dispatch of your accessory, as each piece is specially ‘made to order’ for you upon purchase.

We know that sometimes things can be last minute, if so, don’t worry, just send us an email and we’ll work with you!

How is my item packaged?

Our lingerie is wrapped in layers of tissue paper and tied with ribbon.

All our hair pieces arrived boxed and are lined with tissue paper; this not only ensures that it reaches you safely but that it has a home to go to when you’re not wearing it.
We recommend that hair pieces are kept in their boxes when they are not adorning your crown!

Our dress belts are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a pretty organza bag for safe keeping.
We recommend that belts are re-wrapped and stored when not in use.

What shipping company do you use?

All our items are sent with Australia Post and we always use registered mail.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes! When checking out, update your address for costings to your location or send us an email for a quotation.
