All information, text, products, photographs, graphics, designs and content that appear on the website (www.Charlottele.com) are subject to copyright and are in no way, shape or form to be modified, copied, illustrated, framed or embedded without the prior written consent of Charlotte Le Couture. Private users may store a reproduction of the content from the website on a local computer for the sole purpose of viewing and printing the content, for the sole purpose of purchasing our products, but not for any other use, including commercial use.

Processing orders – Stock hair pieces

Each of our pieces are ‘made to order’. This means that once your payment has been processed, the hand crafting of your piece can begin. We allow 5 working days for your piece to be completed and posted.
If you require your special piece in a hurry, send us an email at information@charlottlele.com when you place your order and we will be in touch.

Processing orders – Custom made hair pieces

If you would like to place an order for a custom made item, please contact us for an estimated time of delivery as this will depend on the complexity of your design. Please advise us upon your enquiry if you have a set date to wear your custom made piece, so we are able to work with as much time as possible to create your perfect piece.

Order not in stock

Although all our stock is checked and updated on a regular basis, occasionally some items may not be available upon placement of your order. This is due to the nature of the vintage and limited pieces that we stock. If this occurs you will be notified as soon as possible and be given the option to cancel your order or alternately select another item of the same value.

Payment methods

We currently offer three payments methods; direct bank deposit, internet bank transfer and Pay Pal.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Delivery information

Orders for delivery in Australia will be sent express via Australia Post with tracking details provided once parcels are sent.

Express post deliveries normally take 1 to 3 days depending on your location.

Loss or damage of goods

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any goods once in transit. If your order is not received within the specified delivery times please contact us “here”: http://www.charlottele.com/pages/contact-us or at information@charlottele.com with your order reference number, to have your order tracked with Australia Post or for international tracking.

Returns and Refunds – Stock hair pieces

At Charlotte Le Couture we want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for further instructions and a return authority number. If you are enquiring about a product that has been custom made, also contact us for further details. The following applies to all products that are purchased from our website; as is.

Change of mind

All goods, including packaging supplied, must be returned at your own cost and within 14 days of delivery and returned in as new condition.

If a product is returned and assessed to be not in new condition/the condition it was supplied in, we reserve the right to refuse the refund of goods. If this occurs and you would like your product returned to you, it will be at your own cost and by the same method as our deliveries are supplied.
Products that are approved for Change of Mind will be refunded for the cost of the product, not including any shipping costs incurred.

Charlotte Le Couture will not take responsibility for returns while in transit, we recommend using a postal service with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Faulty

All goods, including packaging supplied, must be returned at your own cost and within 14 days of delivery and returned in as new condition.
Upon the receipt of your goods, they will be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome of our assessment.
Goods which are assessed to be faulty will be replaced or repaired depending on the circumstance; this will be decided by Charlotte Le Couture. If your product is deemed to be faulty, reasonable postage costs will be refunded to you.

If a product is returned and assessed to be not in new condition/the condition it was supplied in, we reserve the right to refuse the refund of goods. If this occurs and you would like your product returned to you, it will be at your own cost and by the same method as our deliveries are supplied.

Returns and Refunds – Custom made hair pieces

Due to the nature of custom made pieces we are unable to offer refunds on these products. However if you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will assist you with any issues you may have.

Cancellations

Stock service orders (items that are available for direct purchase from our website) can be cancelled during the processing period. If an item has been shipped, the item will be required to be returned within 14 days of delivery in be in as new condition. Please see our section on Returns and refunds for further information.

Custom made/Made to measure orders can be cancelled during the processing period. However due to the nature of your Custom made order, special goods and or services may have been undertaken to produce your product which cannot be utilized for future orders. Therefore 30% of your total order (including shipping) will be retained to cover these costs.

Alterations to our policies

Charlotte Le couture reserves the right to review and revise The Terms and Conditions, as set out in this policy, at any time without informing you.
